Return & Refund Policy

At Turk’s Bud, all sales are considered final. Because our products are consumable and regulated under the 2014 and 2018 U.S. Farm Bills, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy to ensure product integrity, safety, and compliance.
By completing a purchase through www.turksbud.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction with product effects, flavor, or performance.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

Due to the consumable nature of hemp-derived goods, we cannot resell returned items, even if unopened.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will only replace or refund items that meet the following strict conditions:

The item arrived damaged in transit or incorrect due to our fulfillment error.

You notify us within 7 days of delivery at turksbudco@gmail.com, including:

Your full name and order number

Clear, dated photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Important:
Failure to provide adequate photo evidence within 7 days will result in denial of any replacement or refund claim.
If your claim is approved, we will:

Send a replacement item of equal value (subject to stock availability), or

Issue a store credit or refund at our discretion.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Turk’s Bud is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Customers must contact USPS or the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We may, at our discretion, assist with documentation but will not issue replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
4. Address Errors
Turk’s Bud is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
Please verify all shipping information before submitting your order.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for address-related errors once an order is processed.
5. Unauthorized Returns
Any package returned to Turk’s Bud without prior written approval will be refused and not eligible for a refund or reshipment.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase and before shipping confirmation.
Once a shipping label has been created or tracking information issued, no cancellation or refund will be granted.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (for damaged or incorrect items only) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Turk’s Bud reserves the right to issue store credit instead of a cash refund at its sole discretion.
8. Policy Enforcement
Turk’s Bud reserves the right to:

Deny refund or replacement claims suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy manipulation.
