Shipping Policy
Turk’s ships hemp-derived products in compliance with the 2014 Agricultural Act (“2014 Farm Bill”) and the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (“2018 Farm Bill”). All flower and derived products we ship are sourced from hemp tested by third-party laboratories to contain no more than 0.3% Δ-9 THC by dry weight. We do not ship marijuana or products derived from marijuana.
By purchasing from Turk’s, you agree to the terms below.
1) Age & Legal Compliance

Age requirement: You must be 21+ to purchase. Age verification may be required at checkout and/or delivery.

Customer responsibility: Laws change. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with your local, state, and federal laws regarding hemp products (including THCa hemp flower).

Right to refuse/cancel: We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe it violates applicable law or our policies, including orders to jurisdictions that restrict certain hemp products.
2) Where We Ship

United States only. We currently ship to U.S. addresses (domestic contiguous states and, where permitted, AK/HI).

No international shipping at this time.

Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes where carrier rules prohibit age-verified delivery. We may limit or suspend shipping to any jurisdiction at our discretion.
3) Processing Times

Order processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. local warehouse time begin processing the next business day.

Backorders/preorders: If an item is out of stock or on preorder, we’ll email an updated ship estimate or split the shipment at our discretion.

Order edits/cancellations: For fastest processing we begin fulfillment quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
4) Shipping Methods & Delivery

Carriers: USPS, UPS, or similar ground/air services at our discretion.

Time in transit: Typically 2–7 business days depending on destination, service level, and carrier conditions. Carrier delays (weather, volume, operational issues) are outside our control.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for scans to appear.

Adult signature: We may require Adult Signature (21+) at delivery for certain orders/products or jurisdictions.

Discreet packaging: Orders ship in nondescript, smell-resistant packaging. A compliant Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available via QR code or link.
5) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Wrong/insufficient address: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address; additional shipping charges may apply.

Marked “delivered” but not received:

Wait 48 hours (packages are sometimes scanned early).

Check with household members, reception, mailroom, or neighbors.

Contact the carrier to open a trace.

Then contact Turk’s support with your order number and the carrier case ID.

Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms loss, we will replace or refund at our discretion.

Stolen after delivery: We are not responsible for theft after a package is confirmed delivered. Consider selecting a location requiring signature or using carrier pickup lockers where available.

Returned to sender: If a package is returned to us (refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable), we can reship (shipping fees apply) or refund the product cost less shipping once the item is received back in sellable condition.
6) Heat, Cold, and Freshness

Weather: Extreme heat or cold can affect sensitive products. We pack to protect freshness, but Turk’s is not liable for weather-related carrier delays or temperature exposure after handoff.

Storage on arrival: Store flower in a cool, dry place away from light. Reseal promptly to preserve quality.
7) Taxes, Fees, and Limits

Taxes: Applicable sales/use taxes are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Purchase limits: We may set order quantity limits to comply with applicable laws and our internal policies.

Shipping rates & promotions: Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds (if offered) are shown at checkout and may change without notice.
8) Compliance Statements

Hemp standard: All products shipped by Turk’s are derived from hemp containing ≤ 0.3% Δ-9 THC by dry weight as defined by the 2018 Farm Bill.

Laboratory testing: Each batch is tested by an independent ISO-accredited laboratory for potency and safety. COAs are available via QR code or link.

Intended use: Products are intended for adult use where lawful. Turk’s makes no medical claims. Consult your physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.
